Description

This acquisition is for the procurement of labor and material to renovate the Learning Resource Center on board the USS NICHOLAS (FFG-47) located at Norfolk Naval Ship Yard in Portsmouth VA. Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation will be available for download on 27 December 2000 at http://www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors may also contact Lyssa Matthews at (757)445-2684 or at lyssa_r_matthews@nor.gisc.navy.mil for a copy of the solicitation. There will be a site visit on board the USS NICHOLAS on 3 January 2001 at 0900 hours. The Solicitation will close on 5 January 2001. By submitting a quote the vendor will be self cetifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failuet to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept a quote. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Numbered Note 1 applies.
