Description

This effort is for prime contractor services to perform on-site depot level repair and maintenance on PATRIOT Air Defense Weapon System major items deployed in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Raytheon Company shall provide fly-away PATRIOT Item Repairman (MIR) contract services in the European and Southwest Asia theatres during FY 01 and the remaining contract option years. This effort will be by modification to contract DAAH01-99-C-0001. RFP will be issued to Raytheon Company, 350 Lowell St, Andover MA 01810. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with the above listed firm. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available.
