Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC and prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) document subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number F31610-00-Q0169 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The government intends to issue a purchase order for painting Aerospace Ground Equipment. No partial quotes will be considered. Please acknowledge all items on the quotations (see attached). The provisions and clauses applicable to this purchase order are included. SIC CODE: 7699 Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days after the due date of this RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for a small business concerns. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 19 December 2000 on the Government_s Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available. A site visit we be conducted for this solicitation on 11 Jan 2001 at 2 p.m. local time. All contractors interested, please meet at 1695 Wright Brothers Ave, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
