Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation number N00024-01-R-8504 for the procurement of ship repair, maintenance, and alterations of DDG 51 class ships homeported in San Diego, California. Performance of this effort will be restricted to the ship's homeport area, San Diego, California. Offerors interested in obtaining a copy of the Request For Proposal (RFP) and being added to the bidders list for this procurement should submit requests in writing to Ms. Sarah R. Harrison (NAVSEA 0285H) by U.S. mail, facsimile (703) 602-5478 or e-mail HarrisonSR@navsea.navy.mil. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation is January 10, 2001. The solicitation will be posted electronically on the Internet at http://www.contracts.hq.navsea.navy.mil/ where it can be found under its solicitation number and downloaded.
