Description

This a request for proposal for the modification of one government owned d-5 ballast canister horizontal shipping fixture in accordance with drawing X06-119 Rev D. This solicitation is being prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12. This solicitation N00406-01-R-5079 is issued as a request for proposal. Given that this category falls with in the annual forecast as published in the Commerce Business Daily and in accordance with Far 5.203(h) the time frame for publication of the synopsis and receipt of offers has been reduced to 30 days. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Note 1 applies. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound. Solicitatio package will be sent to vendors via e-mail. Vendors are requested to provide both an e-mail address and mailing address with their requests for solicitation package.
