- Amendment No. 3 to RFP 515-16-01,for Interpretation of Holter Tapes for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Battle Creek, Michigan, posted to the CBDNET on November 29, 2000 is issued to clarify the type of cassettes and recorder used. 1. Correct Paragraph C.1, first line to read: "(a) a standard cassette tape" in lieu of "(a) a cassette tape" 2. Add to Paragraph C.1 as last line: "Cassettes are recorded using a Space Labs recorder." 3. All other conditions remain the same.
