Description

The Dept. of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Katrina Van Dine, Middlebury, VT. The contractor shall be responsible for providing continuing coordination services in support of the Management Plan Review for NOAA/Stellwagen Bank, NMS, Scituate, MA. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Companies who are capable of providing the above service must submit in writing their capabilities of performing the required task within 10 days of this announcement. Copies of Request for Quotation 01-2091 will only be provided to companies that are determined to be capable of performing the service. RFQ to be issued on or about December 22, 2000. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. This is a simplified acquistion with a value of less than $100,000. Note 22.
