Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate a sole source modification to extend the period of performance for an additional eight months on HRSA's current contract with John Snow, Inc., 44 Farnsworth Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02210, entitled, "Training and Technical Assistance in the Intuitive/People Oriented Skills area to local and State Government Agencies and/or their delegate agencies in direct support of their efforts to build locally based comprehensive systems of care for all mothers, infants, children and their families." The extension to the current contract is necessary so that the Contractor can complete ongoing tasks for providing technical services to 46 Community Integrated Services Systems (CISS) grants under the Community Organization (COG) grant category. This notice of intent is not a current request for competitive proposals. Prior to the expiration of this current contract, HRSA intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal for the follow-on effort to provide training and technical assistance to CISS grantees.
