This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to small business concerns. Supply or Services Classification Code: S216. Standard Industrial Classification Code: 4581. North American Industry Classification System Code: 488119. Your attention is invited to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.219-14 _Limitation on Subcontracting_. The anticipated posting of the solicitation to the Electronic Posting System (EPS) is 2 Feb 00. Potential offerors should note that a site visit will be scheduled for approximately two weeks after the posting date. Actual site visit date will be listed in solicitation. Attendance is highly recommended. Commercial practices and Best Value practices will be utilized in this procurement. Any resulting contract shall be firm-fixed-price with a base year and four option years. Work consists of providing on-site transient alert services at Hurlburt Field, Florida, with the option to include on-site wash rack services at Hurlburt Field, Eglin AFB, and Duke Field, Florida.
