Contractor to provide all labor, material and equipment for the removal and decontamination of Regulated Medical Waste in accordance with Laws governing Regulated Medical Waste and requirements for the VISN 3 Veterans Affairs Medical Centers @ New York, Brooklyn, St. Albans, Bronx, Montrose, Castle Point, Northport (New York) and East Orange, Lyons (New Jersey). To include approximately ten (10) Community Based Outpatient Clinics. NAICS for this procurement is 562211, size standard is $10.0. Period of performance will be from Date of Award through September 30, 2001 with two (2) one year options to extend the term of the contract.
