- This class will be held on January 25, 2001 at the GMU Mason Enterprise Center from 9:00am -- 1:00pm./ Presented by Mary Rogers, Mary A. Rogers Consulting This course is designed to assist the student in completing the MOBIS solicitation in preparation for submission of a proposal to the GSA. Examine the procedures for admission, evaluation requirements for contract award, and how to maintain the contract once it has been awarded.
