Description

Construction of 3-4 concrete turn pads, one sediment basin, various erosion control practices, and application of supplemental fertilizer. The work will be performed at eight (Alt. A)/ nine (Alt. B) sites located at the South Carolina National Guard, McCrady Training Center, Richland County, SC. Major items of work include: Class 4000M Structure Concrete with Reinforcing Steel, 444 (Alt. A)/566 CY (Alt. B); Rockfill, 958 tons (Alt. A)/1117 tons (Alt. B); Earthfill 7930 CY; Diversions/Waterways, 1735 ft.; and Seeding, 9 acres. A site showing will be held at 9:30 AM, January 24, 2001, meeting at Building #3907, SC National Guard, McCrady Training Center, 5411 Leesburg Road, Eastover, SC. The meeting site is located on SC 262 approximately 1/2 mile West of US 601; approximately 15 miles East of I-77. Performance time is 139 calendar days (Alt. A), 155 calendar days (Alt. B) after receiving a notice to proceed. The estimated price range is $250,000 to $500,000. The solicitation will available on January 10, 2001.
