- This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, plant, material and equipment necessary and performing all work necessary to remove and dispose of approximately 200,00 cubic yards of dredge material, other than ledge rock, from Rochester Harbor, Monroe County, New York and 50,000 cubic yards of dredge material, other than ledge rock from Oswego Harbor, Oswego County, New York, in strict accordance with the attached plans and specifications.
