Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate two small courtrooms and build-out two new judge_s chambers and support staff offices. Work includes: select demolition of existing space, detailed millwork, rough carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile work, minor HVAC, and custom fabrication of bronze spectator rails. Optional work includes: on-site custom-built wood furniture. Work will be performed on the 10th floor of the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse, 231 W. Lafayette Blvd, Detroit, MI. The completion time for this project is 200 calendar days. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The estimated price for the base work is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is reserved for small business concerns. This is a negotiated-best value procurement.
