Description

The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals to lease an existing building in Burlington Flats, NY 13315. The optimal building sizie is 1,635 net interior square feet with a loading platform of 335 square feet. The site size desired is between 1.0 to 2.0 acres excluding setbacks, easements, drainage and water retention, septic requirements and any other unusual conditions affecting development and use. The optimum site dimensions are 295 feet of frontage by 295 feet of depth. The preferred site area is bounded as follows: within the limits of the Hamlet of Burlington Flats with preference given to sites on NYS HWY 51. Offers must be submitted on a USPS Lease Agreement, and shall provide a minimum of 12 months for acceptance of the offer. Proposals will be received through January 22, 2001.
