Description

Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing roofing, providing and installing new EPDM. Areas of work include demolition, gypsum plank decking, steel decking, rough carpentry, roof insulation, and caulking and sealing. Estimated magnitude is $500K -- $1M. Completion is 120 days after receipt of Notice To Proceed. Approximate issue and open dates are 04 JAN 01 and 05 FEB 01. Exact dates will be as stated in the solicitation and ware predicated upon the actual issue date. Requests for the solicitation should be made within 10 days of the date of publication of this pre-solicitation notice and soliciation synopsis. This action is unrestricted, however, please provide your business size in your request. NAICS is 23561, $11.5M. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
