Description

1. NSN 1005-01-003-7155. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract with a 100% option which may or may not be exercised at the discretion of the government. Quantity of 42 ea to be dleivered within 200 days after the date of order. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. 2. Item Desciption: Chute, Ammunition 3. This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD. Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. 6. The small business size standard is 500 employees. 7. Specifications or drawings are not available. 8. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, techncial data, therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract only approved sources under the authority of 10 u.s.c. 2304(c)(1). 9. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
