Description

The solicitation identified in block 9A is hereby amended as follows: 1. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is extended to Wednesday, January 3, 2001 at 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time. 2. All offers will be accepted. 3. Offerors that are not on the approved source list must submit a representative length of cable between 10 feet and 20 feet in length for a technical evaluation iaw drawing 7001327, no later than the date specified for receipt of offers to: UNICOR, Federal Prisons Industries, Inc., Cable Factory, Attention: Gary Tackett, 3301 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511-8799. The technical evaluation and past performance evaluation factors are significantly more important than price and price related factors. 4. Award is contingent upon customer approval of technical evaluation. 5. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
