CORRECTION: This action was previously publicized in the CBD on November 22, 2000 and is hereby corrected to read as follows: This is Amendment #0001 to Solicitation No. GS434-01. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended to January 8, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. in lieu of December 22, 2000. Also, Item 0030 was not in original quote package due to product being made inside factory concerned. Therefore, Item 0060, Option Year One for Item 0030, is hereby deleted in its entirety. These two items were advertised in the CBD on November 22, 2000 but are also deleted in their entirety. Line Items 0012 and 0042 (Option Year One), Product Code FRL0825, size is corrected to read "3 X 11/16" in lieu of 3" X 1/6". All amendments issued must be acknowledged in one of the two methods: (1) Signing in Blocks #15A, 15B,15C, respectively, and returned with quote package; or (2) acknowledged by letter or fax prior to the quote closing date and time. Only new contractors need to request a quote package or see on the website. All quote request must be submitted on company's letterhead and citing size of business status. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. All other information publicized in the original synopsis are correct and unchanged.
