Description

This requirement is for Volleyball officials and scorekeepers as required by recreation and athletic departments of NAS Oceana, NAB Little Creek, NAVSTA Norfolk, LANTFLEET, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and FCTC Dam Neck. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The SIC code is 7999 and the NAICS code is 713990. The solicitation and evaluation for contract award will be made under commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. The period of performance will be 1 year beginning the date of contract award. A complete RFQ package will be available only through the following websites: the NECO website http://www.neco.navy.mil; or the FICS Norfolk website at http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil. By submitting an offer the contractor shall be self-certifying that the requestor nor the principle corporate officials or owners are suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive a contract award from any federal agency. The contractor shall be actively registered in the CCR prior to receiving contract award. Numbered Note 1 applies.
