Description

17. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with Microsoft Premier Support Services. Services include unlimited telephone support on any Microsoft product, operating system and application; access to special product information bulletins, service pack and hotfix notification; troubleshooting tools and guides; as designated support team; real time telephone assistance 24 hours 7 days a week; supportability reviews and consulting; multi-vendor coordination; and critical problem alerts. Services are for a period of one year after date of award This award will be made utilizing the Simplified acquisitions procedures under FAR subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above on a all or none basis. All interested parties must submit a technical proposal that demonstrate capability to provide premium maintenance support services equivalent to the Microsoft Premier Support Services to include cost, within 5 days after date of this publication. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service.
