Description

Services are required to perform an analysis and simulation to determine the feasibility of using Microelectromechanical (MEMS) based actuators for control of guided projectiles. Due to City College of the City University of New York (CCNY) having unique capabilities in aerodynamics and the use of MEMS devices for flight control, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with CCNY. This contract action is based on the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements . This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
