Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Cost plus award fee procurement for operation and maintenance of Government owned facilities for a base and 4 option years . These facilities include locks, dams and spillways at Coffeeville, Demopolis, Selden, Oliver, Holt, and Bankhead Locks on the Black Warrior and Tombigbee Waterway, Claiborne , Millers Ferry and R. F. Henry Locks and Dams on the Alabama River and recreation areas for Holt and Demopolis Site Offices and office complexes. The work consists of planning, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, replacement parts and supplies required to provide complete operation and maintenance of the facilities and areas mentioned above. A preproposal conference will be held. This solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS 56121, (SIC 8744). For this job Small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $20,000,000.00 for the past three (3) years. Neither telephone, mailed, nor fax requests will be accepted. Refer to Solicitation DACW01-01-R-0007. Note no.1: Bidders are required to self register their firm or office on the Internet.
