Description

Provide armored car services for various commissaries located in Southern California. Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation (armored car service), labor (armored guards) and other items and services necessary to perform the driving, delivery, and pick up of cash and other monetary documents from various commissaries located in Southern California in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and attachments. The base period is April 1, 2001 through March 31, 2002 with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods available. This request for proposal is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561613 and the Business Size Standard is $9 million. Vendors must indicate their business size on each solicitation. This solicitation will be issued on or about January 25, 2001 with a tentative closing date of February 22, 2001. The anticipated award date is March 15, 2001. All responsive sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the above stated agency. Multiple awards could be issued. Offerors may submit offers on individual locations. Award will not be issued on an all or none basis.
