Description

The United States Military Academy has a requirement for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform exterior and interior window cleaning in approximately nineteen (19) to twenty-four (24) public buildings located at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point NY 10996. The type of windows are varied (ex. double hung, slider, jalousie, fixed, transom, casement). In addition, some buildings have storm and screen combinations which must be removed and cleaned as part of the window cleaning process. Resultant award will be a service-type contract made on a firm fixed price basis with a base period of 12 months from date of award with four (4) option years. Solicitation will be issued on or about 22 January 2001 and will close on or about 12 March 2001. A site visit will be scheduled in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are reminded that current CCR registration is required in order to receive a Government contract award (go to www.ccr2000.com for information on registration). This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $12,000,000.00.
