Description
Single award, one year term contract for the Defense Automated Printing Service, Norfolk VA. For the procurement of Envelopes, Invitations and forms by the printing process (copying and duplicating will not be acceptable). Approximately 300 orders will be issued over the year, with heavy concentration of orders during the months of March through June. Each order will have Envelopes and invitations, some will have return envelopes and various forms. Forms consist of RSVP Cards, Maps, Direction Cards, Next Assignment Cards, Parking Pass, VIP Parking Pass, VIP Seating Pass, Guest Pass, Reception Card, etc. Average quantity of 300 copies per order. Daily pick up from the agency will be expected. Page proof will be required within two workdays and the completed delivery will be within two to eight workdays. Printing in mostly black or blue inks, no process. Sizes are up to 178 x 260 mm (7 x 10"). Envelopes will be furnished on approximately 80% of the orders. Government will be furnishing manuscript copy, camera copy and negatives. The contract requires such operations as composition, offset printing, folding, numbering, trimming, packing and distribution.
