Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to paint the exterior of seven housing units and one storage shed at Station Noyo River Housing site, Ft. Bragg, CA. Work includes prepping and painting of all previously painted exterior surfaces; replacing rusted, damaged or missing gutters and downspouts. The estimated cost of this procurement is betwwen $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small businesses participation. The applicable NAICS code is 235210. Small Business size standard is $11.5 million. The solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.eps.gov/) on approximately 10 Jan 2001. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily.
