Description

DESC: NSN: 5840-01-477-4318, Part Number 12993777. The item to procure is a Frame Assembly for the MK19 Grenade Machine Gun. Requirements are 500 each, frame assemblies. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is 05 Jan 01. The assembly contains the following components: Plunger, Indexing, P/N: 7791022; Spring, P/N: 7791028; Screw Lock Scale, P/N: 7791018; Washer, P/N: 11010390; Washer, Locking, P/N: MS35338-60; Frame Sight, P/N: 7791016; Pin, P/N: MS16562-98; Wheel, Elevating, P/N: 7791029; Screw Elevating, P/N: 7791025; Scale, P/N: 3269548; Rivet, Scale, P/N: 3269557. Heavy phosphate finish, in accordance with MIL-DTL-16232 (Finish Series 5.3 of MIL-STD-171)is required. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet.
