Description

This nmotice is a follow up to the Sources Sought notice posted on 6 December 2000. The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to procure two (2) each Centrigual Pump Units, Stock Number 4320-01-283-1137, Carver Pump Company P/N D-ETN-0-98-002. No other Pump shall be acceptable for this acquisition. The Government intends to solicit ONLY Carver Pump Company. Industry was given the opportunity to submit their capabilities in supplying this Pump, or a similar Pump, however no responses were received. Delivery shall be 90 days after the date of award. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. See Numbered Notes 12 and 26. Attention: Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's!) The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program (STLP), offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
