This requirement is sole sourced to Apogee Labs, 121 Dickerson RD #3, North Wales, PA 19454 for compatibility. Any firms believing that they can provide the required Encoders with accessories may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required equipment, which will be considered by this agency.
