Description

The Government intends to negotiate an Firm Fixed Price type contract for one hundred (100) Switching Amplifier Units for the AN/SLQ-25A Torpedo Countermeasure Transmitting Set. Each amplifier shall be a 2kVA, 2KW Class D Switching Amplifier, as required by the Fleet Technical Support Center, Atlantic, Norfolk, VA. AN/SLQ-25A System Drawings and Specifications are available upon written request from the Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Acquisition Department, Norfolk, VA. The resulting contract will be from the date of award to 15 June 2001. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3663 and the NAICS Code is 334220. Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at FISC Norfolk Website: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/solicitations/default.htm or http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
