Description

CAMRAD II SOFTWARE LICENSE -- Notice of intent to make a sole source award to Analytical Methods, Inc (AMI) of Redmond, WA (see Note 22) for a CAMRAD II software license. CAMRAD II is a computer program that performs aero-mechanical analysis of helicopters and rotorcraft that incorporates a combination of advanced technology, including multi-body dynamics, nonlinear finite elements, structural dynamics, and rotorcraft aerodynamics. CAMRAD II assists the user to design, test, and evaluate rotors and rotorcraft at all stages of reserach and development. CAMRAD II calculates performance, loads, vibration, response, and stability applicable to a wide class of rotorcraft. This product must be fully copatible with CAMRAD/JA and support non-linear elastic axes. See Note 22.
