Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this (RFQ) request for quotation DTCG80-01-Q-3FA666. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code 337215 and the size standard is 500 employees. Numbered Note #1 .The requirement is for the following: ITEM 1. Crew berth with locker, Quantity 2 units, manufactured IAW CG DWG. FL-3306-25, SHT. 94, REV.B. Max Height from Deck to Overhead is 8 FT. 6 IN. Units are back to back, (3) high sets with (6) bunks per unit. ITEM 2. Crew Berth with Locker, Quantity 2 units, manufactured IAW CG DWG FL-3306-25, SHT 94, Rev B. Units are single (3) high sets for a total of (3) bunks per unit. ITEM 3. Crew Locker, Quantity 18, manufactured IAW CG DEG. FL-3306-25, SHT. 5, REV B. Drawings are available upon request and a $100.00 non-refundable certified check or money order payable to the U.S. Coast Guard.
