Description

17. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearns intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Stonehouse Media, Inc. of Princeton, NJ for the duplication of CD-ROM program interFIRE VR . This is a commercial acquisition utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5. Stonehouse Media, Inc. is the company that developed the CD-ROM InterFIRE VR. Stonehouse Media, Inc. possesses the Original. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above, on an all or none basis. All interested parties must submit a technical proposal that demonstrates the ability to provide premium architectural and layout support services to include cost, within 1 day after the date of this publication. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH/Vendor miscellaneous payment enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. Quotes are acceptable by mail or fax to 202/927-8688 to the ATTN: Angel C. Matthews-Warren. All responses must be in writing. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. No solicitation document exists.
