Description

The announcement of this procurement that was originally published on 20 December 1999 is modified as follows: In Paragraph 3(b) delete the requirement for "one Environmental Law Professional (Attorney)". In Paragraph 3(b) the sentence "Registration and certification as required by various state laws will be necessary." is deleted and replaced by: "Firms should demonstrate strong ability to provide registration and certification as required by various state laws." In paragraph 3(g) Subcontracting: following "Woman owned small business (WOSB)" add the phrase "American Veteran Owned Small Business". Paragraph 3(i) is deleted in it's entirety. The due date of 01/21/01 is deleted. Your submittal is due on the 30th day after the date this correction appears in the hard copy of the CBD. If the 30th day is a Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holiday, the deadline is 4:30 p.m. of the next business day. All other items in the announcement are unchanged.
