Description

Provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, management coordination and supervision for removal of biohazardous waste and incineration functions for the Medical Center. Contractor must be a registered, licensed biomedical/regulated waste transporter for South Carolina and in any state they transport the waste. Copies of licenses, permits, certifications will be required to be submitted with sealed bids. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract for one year with four option years available. All federal state and local laws/regulations will be adhered with and manifest documents shall be provided by the contractor to the VA upon disposal. Bid packages will be available on January 17, 2001 and may be requested by facsimile 843 937-6102.
