Description

The VA Marion IL is soliciting a contractor or contractors to provide Home Health Care Services within the catchment area of the Marion, IL area. This includes parts of Missouri, Kentucky and Illinois as defined in the contract documents. Services will include but not limited to Skilled Nursing Services, Registered Nurse Initial Assessment, Physical Therapy Services (PT), Occupation Therapy Services (OT), Speech Therapy Services (ST), social Work Services (SWS), Bowel and Bladder Care Services, Home Health Aide Services (HHA)/Homemaker Services, Homemaker Services (HM), Hospice, Infusion Therapies, ET/Stoma Nursing and Psych Nursing in accordance with contract requirements for a period of one year with 4 pre-priced option years. This may be a multiple award contract. All interested, responsible vendors may submit an offer.
