DESC: Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) External Research Program (EARP) -- is hereby modified to provide correct due date. web sites and other info cut-off from original notice. Due date is: 31 January 2001. A sample topic list and general program information may be reviewed at http://web.nps.navy.mil/~menissen/earp/FY00/earp.html. Technical report preparation instructions are provided at: http://web.nps.navy.mil/~menissen/earp/FY00/deliverables/ deliverableformat.html The technical proposal must include the following: 1.Proposal Cover (download from http://web.nps.navy.mil/~menissen/earp/earppropcover. (g) Page Limitations: The Technical proposal, including all information, indexes, foldouts, protographs, appendices, attachments shall be limited to 50 pages (double-spaced). "Required Central Contractor Registration" applies to all solicitations issued on/after 01 June 1998. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
