Description

It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine to negotiate on a sole source basis for to Quintus Corporation for creative services and production for the development of a bookmarks for the National Library of Medicine's Web products, Associate Fellowship Program and National Network of Libraries of Medicine. The bookmark is to be consistent with the NLM Capabilities bookmarks already designed and produced. Objectives and content must utilize the current conceptual design. Materials and specifications will be as previously outlined for the Capabilities bookmarks. Professional fees will include consultation, concept development, design/layout, production, and project management. Familiarity with NLM's color, type and logo branding is essential. This is not a Request for Quotations(RFQ), nor is an RFQ available, however, all responsible and responsive sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide professional service as specified as listed above. Responses should sufficiently demonstrate the firm's ability to meet the government's requirements. Responses are required within fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this notice.
