Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Far part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is in accordance with Far part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only occasion for solicitation. Proposals are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F05604-01-T-0004, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Line item 0001: Non-personal services to clean two 200,000 gallon jet fuel (JP-8) tanks IAW the Statement Of Work. Statement of Work is available upon request and a site visit has been scheduled for 1:00pm Thursday December 28, 2000 at Peterson AFB all interested parties please contact Amn Edwin Baldomero at the phone number below for directions. Far clause 52.232-36 Payment by Third Party & all standard Far Commercial clause_s apply to this acquisition and can be obtained in full text at the Far website at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ Award will be based on lowest responsive overall acceptable proposal, as submitted by a responsible offeror & ability to meet time requirement_s. Pricing will include all charges/fees. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating for this procurement is (DO-S10).
