Description

Amendment 001 to solicitation USZA92-01-Q-0004, originally titled, "DISASSEMBLY, TRANSPORTATION AND REASSEMBLY OF ONE, SIX-SECTIONAL MOBILE HOME" for the US Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date for quotes to be received to 29 Dec 2000. The purpose of the extension is to: 1) provide time to answer contractor questions. Questions and answers will be publicized in Amendment 002 which will be issued on 22 December 2000; 2) Change the title of the requirement to: "DISASSEMBLY, TRANSPORTATION AND REASSEMBLY OF ONE, SIX-SECTIONAL MOBILE OFFICE"; 3) Incorporate the requirement for inclusion of the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATION NO: 94-2393 REV (19), Dated: 12/12/2000. Copies will be provided on request. QUOTES ARE DUE: Quotes shall be received at HQ-USASOC ATTN: AOCO (Barbara Bowles), Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 28310, not later than 4:00 p.m. ET, 29 December 2000. Fax submissions will be accepted at (910) 432-9345. All quotes must reference the Request for Quotation number USZA92-01-Q-0004. Quotes shall include: (1) original letter signed by an individual authorized to bind the organization, with a schedule of offered items to include price and proposed start date, (2) completed Representations and Certifications, and (3) acknowledgement of any amendments that may be issued.
