The Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) intends to award a sole source contract to APCOA/Standard, Inc., 2341 Jefferson Davis Highway, Suite 110, Arlington, VA. This order is to provide parking spaces in the Chester Arthur Building (CAB), 425 I Street, NW, Washington DC.
