- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidental supplies necessary to do all required site work and construct concrete parking spaces at the Flatwoods, Holly Bay, and Marsh Branch Boat Ramps on Laurel River Lake, London Ranger District, Daniel Boone National Forest, Laurel County, Kentucky. The work will consist of 1) selective demolition of existing improvements; 2) site work necessary to prepare the parking areas and necessary drainage structures; 3) installation of an aggregate base course for the road, apron and parking areas; 4) installation of concrete parking area, sidewalk and apron; 5) installation of a modular retaining wall at one site; 6) pavement marking; and 7)other incidental work as required by specifications and plans. The primary NAICS Code is 235710, Concrete Contractors. A pre-quote meeting/site visit will be held at a date and location to be specified in the solicitation. This project will be solicited on an unrestricted basis and will not be set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100.000. The solicitation will be issued in the Request for Quotation format.
