Description

Provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment for the EIFS restoration, Sexton Hall, Building 303, U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, NJ. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1) Mechanical fastening of existing loose EFIS system; 2) Crack patching; 3) Horizontal and vertical joint overlay; 4) Window, door and gutter sealant; 5) Silicone elastomeric coating. The period of performance is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 and is open to both small and large businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 235420 (formerly SIC 1742). Due dates for bids will be not less than 30 days after bid issuance. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
