Description

The SIC Code is corrected from 1671 to read 1761. This acquisition includes, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to repair/replace/install roofing. The buildings affected by this contract are miscellaneous type buildings located at Randolph AFB TX, Canyon Lake, Hondo Auxilary Airfield, Seguin Auxilary Airfield, Army & Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) buildings, and schools located on Randolph AFB, as well as all medical facilities. These buildings may or may not be occupied. Work consists of, but is not limited to, removing and disposing of existing, roofing, metal work, underlayment, sheathing and wood members (if requested) including roll roofing, asphalt shingles, built-up-roofing (BUR), clay tile and sheet metal roofs and replace with new; replace existing sheet metal roofs with new standing seam roofs; replace sheet decking, metalwork, items, wood facia, roof framing, roof sheathing, and roof decking (wood and steel); and, convert existing flat roof to pitched roofs using wood/metal framing and metal covering. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with a basic period of performance of one year and three one-year options. Type pricing arrangement is firm, fixed price. This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The magnitude of this proposed project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The SIC code is 1671. The NAICS code is 235610. The small business size standard is $11.5 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
