Description

Repair damage caused by Hurricane Floyd which includes clearing right-of-way; removing sand, silt, and debris from the canal; filling, shaping, or smoothing existing travel road; installing rock crossing and pipe crossing; and vegetating all disturbed areas. The work will be performed on selected reaches of the Crabtree Watershed in the vicinity of Conway, South Carolina. The work includes approximately 30,000 to 40,000 cubic yards of debris, sand and silt removal; 155 side inlet pipes (either corrugated aluminum or smooth HPDE corrrugated plastic pipe) ranging in diameter from 12" to 48"; and 25 rock crossings. A site showing will be held the Horry County Agricultural Service Center, 1949 Industrial Park Road, Room 125, Conway, South Carolina.
