Description

The work covered by this construction consists of the contractor providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, quality control and supervision necessary to remove the existing corrugated roofing system and install a new corrugated roofing system per the specifications and plans of the contract. The work to be performed in connection with this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: a) Removal of approximately 9,000 SF of an existing corrugated roofing system; b) Installation of approximately 9,000 SF of a new, 26 gauge corrugated roofing system; c) Securing roof panels. The magnitude of this construction is between $25,000 -- $100,000. The performance period will be 60 days after issuance of a notice to proceed. Performance and payment bonds will not be required. This Request for Quotation (RFQ)is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this RFQ. The RFQ will be issued on or about January 11th. The RFQ will be available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) @ http://www.eps.gov.
