- Description
- Seeking sources for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). Work to be performed is in the general construction category to include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, earthwork and contract management on Travis AFB, CA. Work may potentially involve new construction or alteration/repair of buildings or facilities to include some or all of the above elements of work. We anticipate awarding 2 to 4 indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a one-year base period and five one-year option periods. Of these possible contracts, 1 or more may be awarded to 8(a) or Hubzone contractors. The remaining contracts may be awarded unrestricted. The potential IDIQ amount may be between $3-20 million. The magnitude of individual task orders will be from $50,000 to $7 million. The NAICS codes are 233210 (Single Family Housing Construction), 233220 (Multifamily Housing Construction), 233310 (Manufacturing and Industrial Buildings), and 23320 (General Contractors, Non-Residential Buildings, Excluding Industrial Building Warehouses). All of these NAICS codes have a size standard of $27.5 million. Interested sources should provide a written statement of interest, via e-mail, to include the following: company name and address, telephone and facsimile number, point of contact, email address and company size. In addition to the statement of interest, interested parties should also provide a Qualification Packet, which includes but is not limited to, general information about the company (including licenses, bonding, certifications, employee information, management capabilities and associations with A&E Firms). Interested companies should indicate if they are willing to participate in an Industry Day forum in the Fairfield, CA area at a later date. Effective 1 Jun 98, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). You must be registered in the CCR to receive any contract from Travis AFB.
