Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to procure four (4) each Centrifugal Pump Units, Paco Pump (OEM) P/N 16-25707-X401XX-1852. The ONLY technical information available to the Coast Guard is as follows: Centrifugal Pump with closed coupled motor, Serial Number CD93R20229-1; motor to be IEEE45 marine duty. THE COAST GUARD DOES NOT POSSESS ANY OTHER TEHCNICAL INFORMATION. The Government intends to solicit ONLY Paco Pump Company and/or their authorized distributors. However, other potential sources may submit their capabilities in supplying this Pump, or a similar Pump. Information regarding Pumps other than the part number requested MUST BE RECEIVED IN THIS OFFICE NO LATER THAN 10 JANUARY 2001. Sources offering other than the P/N requested must submit technical and engineering data (i.e., physical, functional, and serviceability characteristics) in order to afford evaluation of their alternate Pump. INFORMATION RECEIVED AFTER THE ESTABLISHED DEADLINE SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ACQUISITION! Delivery shall be 90 days after the date of award and shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000.
