Synopsis: THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF APX-76 OSCILLATOR, NSN 5955-01-408-6284CX, P/N 5044-1179, 198 EA. DELIVERY: THE APPROXIMATE ISSUE DATE WILL BE 12 JAN 2001 WITH THE APPROXIMATE RESPONSE DATE OF 12 FEB 2001. REQUEST SOLICITATION FROM OUR WEB SITE http://pkec.robins.af.mil. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requesters are acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code Number, Size of Business pursuant to Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3812 (750 employees). This SOLE SOURCE: TRAK MICROWAVE; CAGE: 11165. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting Officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
